Venice Family Clinic’s 35th Silver Circle Gala the Beverly Hilton drew an impressive crowd Sunday, including Sue Kroll, president of Worldwide Marketing and Distribution for Warner Bros. Pictures, who accepted the Humanitarian award presented by actor and musician Jared Leto.
Dr. Jimmy H. Hara was also honored with the clinic’s Irma Colen Leadership Award.
The evening was emceed by comedian Laura Kightlinger, with musical performances by the bands X Ambassadors and Dawes.
Guests joining Venice Family Clinic CEO Elizabeth Benson Forer included actor Ed Helms, luminaries, board and committee members, as well as elected officials.
Venice Family Clinic raised more than $1.5 million to fund Venice Family Clinic’s mission of providing quality primary health care to 24,000 low-income and uninsured men, women and children.
