Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley Prepares For The Birth Of Her Baby Boy; When Is The ‘Jersey Shore’ Alum Due?
Practice makes perfect! After welcoming the birth of her first child in 2014, “Jersey Shore” star Jennie “JWoww” Farley proved just how prepared she is for the arrival of her second baby, who is due in May.
According to the 30-year-old expecting mother, she already has her hospital bag packed and ready to go. But what items does the reality star have tucked away in her mommy-themed care package? Farley dished to OK! Magazine which items she thinks are important for the perfect postdelivery experience.
“When friends and family come to visit and want to take pictures, you want your newborn angel looking like perfection,” the former “Marriage Boot Camp” star said, revealing that an adorable newborn baby outfit is a must-have.
But Farley advised that your bundle of joy shouldn’t be the only one camera-ready. The reality star suggests that expecting mothers should pack a small makeup kit to help them look their best for the big day.
“It’s perfect for that little touch-up when it comes to taking those first [pictures] of you with your baby,” she told OK! Magazine. “Plus I think it’s important to look and feel pretty the first time you meet your baby! Nothing wrong with freshening up before the first meeting!”
Farley and her husband Roger Mathews announced during their wedding in October 2015 that they were expecting another baby together. (Farley gave birth in July 2014 to daughter Meilani Alexandra Mathews.)
“Our wedding was everything we could have dreamed of and more. It’s hard for me to determine which was my most favorite moment because there were so many WOW factors to our wedding,” Farley gushed to People magazine. “We wanted to announce to all of our guests that we are expecting, [so] Robynne (Farley's party planner) surprised us with her idea of the photo blown up and Meilani being wheeled out in a flowered wagon by Angela’s Fantasy Creations.”
Farley then shared the sweet image on Instagram.
“Such an amazing feeling to be able to surprise our friends and family!!” she captioned the photo.
Less than two weeks after announcing her second pregnancy, Farley unveiled on her personal website that the proud parents are expecting a boy.
“Roger and I have said from the beginning that...it does not matter which gender our baby is, as long as he or she is healthy. Still, we are so excited to be expecting a baby BOY!” she wrote, posting a picture of a cake with blue filling. “May 2016, a mini Roger is coming! Get ready, world!”
