Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli, who seemed like one of the few successful relationships that came out of the late 90s, are calling it quits.

The couple is getting divorced after 11 years of marriage and three daughters. They got married in 2001, when their oldest daughter was 3 years old.

While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children, the couple said in a joint statement, People reported. We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together. We ask for privacy and respect during this time.

The couple has kept mum on the reasons for the split, but rumors of an alleged affair of Facinelli's are making the rounds. The couple denied this.

There are rumors out there which are completely untrue and hurtful to our family, the two told People. We just want to make it very clear -- there are no third parties involved.

Facinelli is best known lately for his role as Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the Twilight movies. He currently plays Dr. Fitch Cooper in Nurse Jackie.

Garth, who had her big break playing Kelly Taylor on Beverly Hills, 90210, has maintained a successful career in television. She later reprised her role as Kelly Taylor on The CW's 90210, a reboot of the original series.
