Jennifer Aniston, Angelina Jolie Rivalry Reignited: Brad Pitt’s Exes Allegedly Fighting Over Meghan Markle

Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie are reportedly fighting over Meghan Markle.

Aniston and Jolie are not friends and they never had the chance to be close because of Brad Pitt. The “Murder Mystery” actress did not hide her disappointment and shock after Pitt was spotted frolicking at the beach with the “Maleficent” star shortly after their split.

Since then, Pitt’s ex-wives have been pitted against each other. It has been over a decade since the issue between them erupted and a new report claimed that Aniston and Jolie are fighting again over someone but not Pitt. Both reportedly want to be friends with the Duchess of Sussex.

"Both Jen and Ange want to spend time with Meghan and Harry once she’s in LA, which means they’re essentially rivals again and they’re both willing to put the boot into each other,” a source told Heat World.

“Virtually the whole of Hollywood wants to befriend them, so in some ways it’s not surprising Jen and Angie are planning to make a beeline for them.”

At present, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are in Canada after stepping back from their royal duties. Prince Harry and Markle are expected to move to Hollywood soon and if Aniston and Jolie would invite them, they have to choose between the two because the two actresses reportedly “do not do mutual BFFs.”

“Jennifer figures she’s got way more pulling power since she can open doors for Meghan with TV or movie roles. She’s also hoping they’d be wooed by the thought of hanging out with her impressive roster of A-list friends – including Brad Pitt of course,” the source added.

“Whereas Angelina is banking on Meghan being more interested in charity work, and that’s where she can help more than anyone else in Hollywood. Not only has she got a lot of influence at the UN, but she can also help make introductions to a ton of non-profit groups that she’s confident will appeal to Meghan and Harry.”

The source added that Aniston considersJolie “poison on social level” that’s why everyone avoids her like the plague. Meanwhile, the “Changeling” star was reportedly aware of Aniston’s snide comments but opted to ignore it to infuriate her even more and she knew that hitting back will only play into Aniston’s hand.

This isn’t the first time that Aniston and Jolie’s alleged feud re-ignited after the former's sweet reunion with Pitt at the SAG Awards. However, one should take the reports with a grain of salt as the “Friends” alum already said she wanted the issue between her and Jolie to be over.
