Jennifer Garner, Ben Affleck Attend Church Together After Watching Son's Basketball Practice
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck spent the weekend together with their kids.
It has been over two years since the "Daredevil" stars called it quits, but Affleck and Garner are keen on keeping their connection for the sake of their three children: Violet, 12, Seraphina, 9, and Samuel, 5. In fact, they have been spending the weekend as a family.
On Sunday morning, Garner and her three kids arrived at the church in a minivan. The "13 Going On 30" star donned a black sweater, below-the-knee patterned skirt and flat shoes. She had her hair in a low bun, Daily Mail reported.
Meanwhile, Seraphina wore a dress and paired it with sneakers. Her hair was styled in pigtails. Samuel walked in with a basketball.
Shortly after Garner and her kids arrived, the "Justice League" star was spotted. Affleck opted to wear an olive t-shirt, dark blue jeans and navy sneakers. Unlike his previous sightings, the "Batman" star arrived in a car and not on his motorcycle.
On Saturday, Garner and Affleck were also spotted together showing their support for their son Samuel during his basketball practice in Brentwood. Their daughters Violet and Seraphina were present during the practice as well. Photos taken of the sighting showed a glimpse of the "Argo" star's tattoo underneath his sweater when he rode his motorcycle to leave.
Back in 2016, Affleck made headlines and received intense backlash from his critics after getting a tattoo of a phoenix rising from the ashes. Later on, he admitted that it was fake and was for a "movie role."
Since Affleck and Garner split, the latter remains single. Meanwhile, Affleck has been dating Lindsay Shookus. In fact, he just returned from a series of date nights with the "Saturday Night Live" producer in New York City.
Rumors recently surfaced that Affleck and Shookus are already planning to get married. However, both are still finalizing their divorce from their respective exes.
On the other hand, Garner has been romantically linked to Josh Duhamel. The "Love, Simon" co-stars reportedly enjoyed intimate lunches and dinners together. However, Gossip Cop stressed that there is nothing romantic going on between the two.
At the moment, Garner is busy with her kids. She has been spotted out and about with them. She also said that she is not interested in finding a new man anytime soon.
"I haven't been on a date and I am not interested in dating," Garner told Entertainment Tonight in November. "People want to set me up and I am just like, 'No thank you!' I would not have chosen this life for myself or for my kids. I would not choose to be single or be in this position. It's something that we are working through."
