Jennifer Garner recently shared a fun activity she did with her three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel while they are at the last stretch of their summer break.

On her Instagram account, the “Alias” star uploaded photos of wall art decorations that she and her three children with Ben Affleck designed. Garner said that she came up with the idea to prevent her kids from being bored while staying at home.

“If your house has run out of fun here at the end of the summer (Mom, I’m bored), here’s an idea: my kids (plus one crafty nanny) made little construction paper animals and hid them, taped on walls, all over the house. They were busy and happy for a long time,” Garner captioned the snap.

The actress went on to say that there is a control panel next to her son’s bed, which she uses to power him down at night. Some of the decorations that her kids and nanny came up with include a butterfly, cow, rat, penguin, dinosaur, lizard, pig, sloth, cat, chicken, and more.

And speaking of chicken, Garner also revealed that her pet chicken, Gonnyi. The actress didn’t reveal the real reason why her chicken died but she paid tribute to her and her kids on social media.

“Yesterday, we said goodbye to our sweet Olive Egger, Gonnyi. Thanks to my daughter’s consistent loving care, this chicken lived a very good life,” Garner captioned the snap.

Garner shares her three children with Affleck, who she divorced last year. But the couple has been separated since 2015. Even after their split, it is evident that Affleck and Garner have been doing a great job at co-parenting their children.

Not only are Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel compassionate with animals, they are also bookworms. Garner previously revealed that her kids love to read books much more than to use gadgets and her fans praised her for instilling the value of reading on her kids.
