Jennifer Lawrence Gushes Over Boyfriend Darren Aronofsky Amid Chris Pratt Affair Rumors

Jennifer Lawrence is head over heels for her boyfriend, Darren Aronofsky.

In an interview with Vogue for their September issue, the star opened up about her boyfriend, gushing over his talent as a director. According to Lawrence, she was impressed with how Aronofsky helmed their film, “Mother!”

“When I saw the movie, I was reminded all over again how brilliant he is,” she told the magazine.

Lawrence also complimented the director as a dad and shared that unlike her previous beaus, Aronofsky is always honest with her. Aronofsky has a son from his previous marriage with Rachel Weisz. “I’ve been in relationships before where I am just confused. And I’m never confused with him,” the “Joy” star continued.

Lawrence and Aronofsky have a lot of differences, from their 22-year age gap to their interests, but their tandem works, especially because Aronofsky is a down-to-earth and humble person. “I normally don’t like Harvard people, because they can’t go two minutes without mentioning that they went to Harvard,” Lawrence said. “He’s not like that.”

Lawrence also dished on her obsession with reality shows and how they helped her get through some trying times in her life. She especially loves “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” When they filmed “Mother!” the cast assembled a “Kardashian tent” for the actress to help her cope with the darkness of the story.

“It was a tent that had pictures of the Kardashians and ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ playing on a loop—and gumballs,” Lawrence recalled. “My happy place.”

The actress shared that Aronofsky said he had not been involved with the creation of her “Kardashian tent.” In fact, Lawrence said that her fondness for reality shows caused a bit of an impasse with her boyfriend. “He just finds it so vastly disappointing,” the “Silver Linings Playbook” star said, laughing.

This new interview comes amid speculation that “Passengers” co-star Chris Pratt cheated on now-estranged wife Anna Faris with Lawrence. Pratt and Faris announced their decision to divorce earlier this week after eight years of marriage, and some social media users blamed Lawrence for the split.

But it looks like there is no truth at all to the affair rumors as Lawrence and Aronofsky are as happy and in love as ever. In fact, a number of sources previously revealed that Lawrence and Aronofsky’s romance has only been heating up.

In March, one source said that the couple was a good match. “I don’t know how far it will go but as of now they are a really good match, two talented people who love their work and are respected for it,” a source told People.

Earlier this month, another source said that things are getting serious between the Lawrence and her boyfriend. “Things are getting serious with them. They are so in love with each other,” the insider told E! News.
