Mayim Bialik has given fans an update on her condition after revealing earlier this week that she tested positive for COVID-19.

In an Instagram video posted Tuesday, the "Jeopardy!" host, who is vaccinated and boosted against the coronavirus, said she is "feeling better."

"Thank you to everyone who reached out to me," Bialik said, explaining that she decided to share the update because many of her friends, family and colleagues have contacted her since she announced her diagnosis Monday.

The "Big Bang Theory" alum, 46, added that she’s not surprised she contracted the virus, despite her vaccination status.

"No one said that you wouldn’t get COVID if you were vaccinated and boosted," she said. "That's totally clear."

Bialik admitted that she has "a new level of anxiety about going out" after getting sick. The actress, who has been traveling, said she regrets not taking the safety precautions seriously.

"I feel guilty that I went out," she said in the video. "I feel sad, and I'm just worried about the world again and our health in the world."

Following her diagnosis, the "Call Me Kat" star has been more vigilant after realizing that testing kits are not perfect and that people can still be contagious even if they test negative for the virus.

In the video, she shared some of the home remedies she has been taking to help her boost her immune system, such as turmeric.

Bialik announced her COVID-19 diagnosis via her official Instagram account Monday but directed fans to her "Bialik Breakdown" podcast, where she shared more details about the symptoms she experienced.

"It's very, very exhausting," she said of her illness. "The exhaustion is very special. I had mononucleosis in college, and the exhaustion hits like that, where you cannot be awake. You can try to be awake, but all of a sudden, you need to sleep."

She admitted that she regrets taking off her mask when she was outdoors and is "feeling a lot of fear."

"Why did I ever go out? Why did I think that anything was fine ever?" Bialik added.

The "Blossom" alum, who also suffers from a thyroid condition and asthma, said she felt some tightness in her chest that "doesn't feel good at all."

"I'm trying to believe that my body knows what to do," she said.
