Jeremy Vuolo ‘Can’t Wait’ To Become A Duggar Family Member Amid Marriage Counseling
Luckily for Jinger Duggar, her fiancé Jeremy Vuolo is a fan of his future in-laws. The “Counting On” star recently expressed his joy in becoming a member of the reality clan in a special video on the Duggar family’s Facebook page.
In celebration of his daughter Johannah’s 11th birthday on Tuesday, Jim Bob Duggar posted a video to the social site wishing her a happy day. He revealed he couldn’t spend time with her on her actual birthday due to being in Laredo, Texas, with Jinger and Jeremy. “I’ll be home tomorrow night and I’ll take you out to eat and spend some time with you,” he said.
Jinger added her own sentiment, saying it’s been nice to see her former “little buddy” grow up and mature. Jeremy finished out the clip by commenting how excited he is to become a Duggar family member. “I can’t wait to be your brother-in-law!” he said with a smile.
While the Duggars celebrated Johannah and Josh and Anna Duggar’s eldest daughter Mackynzie’s birthday in Arkansas, Jim Bob spent some quality time with the Vuolos in Texas. On Wednesday, Jinger shared a candid snap of her, Jeremy, Jim Bob and his dad, Charles Vuolo. “Enjoying a few sites in San Antonio with Jeremy and both of our dads!” she captioned the shot.
It doesn’t appear the soon-to-be married couple was all about sightseeing, though. Jeremy revealed on his Facebook page Wednesday that he and Jinger are in premarital counseling. “There is LOTS to do when it comes to getting ready for a wedding. Most important thing is not to forget to get ready for the marriage!” he wrote. Jeremy said his dad, who works as a pastor, has been acting and his and Jinger’s counselor, saying he and his mom are “a great example of love done well.”
Jinger and Jeremy have been engaged since July, though his proposal only just played out for viewers on Tuesday’s “Counting On.” In the Season 2 installment, Jeremy popped the question to a very surprised Jinger on a New York City rooftop at sunset.
Though Jinger and Jeremy have yet to announce their wedding date or location, they have said on multiple occasions that their relationship is on the “fast track.” Last month, Jinger revealed she went on a wedding planning trip with her sisters, prompting rumors she and Jeremy are planning to wed in Texas, where they plan to live and work after the wedding, though this has yet to be confirmed.
