Jessica Simpson Flaunts Her Printed Pink Bikini: 'Gained And Lost 100lbs' [Photo]
Singer Jessica Simpson shared a top-angle selfie with her fans on Instagram, flaunting her pink printed Bikini and revealing the amount of weight she did "gained and lost" three times.
In the photo posted Thursday, the 41-year-old singer donned a two-piece bikini and completed her look with cat-eye-style sunglasses. "I have gained and lost 100lbs 3x," she captioned the photo. "So I never thought this moment could or would happen, but I’m finally spring breakin’ wearin’ a BIKINI!!!!!!"
"Hard work, Determination, Self Love," she added. "I enjoyed a good proud cry today."
Fans took to the comments section to share their reactions.
"And no matter what, you’ve always had the best legs in the game babe!" a fan wrote while another simply dropped heart and fire emojis. "I'm almost at 100lbs down and my stomach looks like a melted candle. You are so lucky!" a user noted.
While many people praised the singer's body transformation journey, others wrote that the body weight should not matter.
"You can also wear a bikini if you are 100lbs heavier because it should not matter your size," a user wrote while another one added, "Oh for crying out loud…. This is all plastic surgery. Wake up ladies!"
The post was made three days after she shared a photo of herself, where she seemingly wore nothing but covered her body with a hat and flaunted her legs in front of the camera.
The singer opened up about her weight last year and said that she doesn't really think that it can "define" her. "I have no idea how much I weigh, I just want to be able to feel good and zip my pants up," she said in April 2021.
On the personal front, Simpson shares three kids - Birdie Mae, 3, Maxwell Drew, 9, and Ace Knute, 8 - with her husband, former football player Eric Johnson. The couple got married in 2014. Previously, the singer was also married to singer Nick Lachey from 2002 to 2006.
On the work front, Simpson was last seen in the music video, "Particles," which was released on Nov. 10, 2021.
