Jessica Simpson And Husband Looking To Slim Down After Baby Birdie
After the birth of their daughter, Birdie, Jessica Simpson and husband Eric Johnson are both undergoing a diet and exercise regime to lose the extra baby weight.
Simpson has taken to enforcing a strict health plan for both of them to follow, which has been part of the couple’s health goals once Birdie arrived, as she wants her husband to fit back in the suits she bought him when they first got married while she learns to control her cravings, Radar Online reported.
“Eric eats like a circus animal and while he’s in charge of the grocery shopping and a lot of the cooking in the house, he’s anything but health conscious,” a source told the news outlet. He “would keep indulging in junk food but Jessica is determined that they’ll both get into tip-top shape again.”
Simpson’s pregnancy was not an easy one as she suffered from swollen feet, severe acid reflux, and multiple bouts of bronchitis that caused her to be hospitalized.
But Simpson took the struggles in stride as she captioned an Instagram photo of her children Maxwell and Ace in February with the caption “The one thing that gets me through this pregnancy is knowing I will get another one of these cuties.”
Simpson and Johnson welcomed Birdie to their family on March 20. She weighed in at 10 pounds 13 ounces.
