Jill Duggar, who is pregnant with her first child, showed off her baby bump in a new photo posted by her husband Derick Dillard on his Instagram account on Thursday. The 23-year-old Jill, who got married in June, is expecting a baby boy.

In the new photo, the “19 Kids and Counting” star and her husband posed on a beach during a mission trip in El Salvador and are seen enjoying the sun. Jill, who is five months pregnant, is due to give birth in March.

“Headed back to the USA. Praise God for the work He is doing in El Salvador. #babydillysfirstmissiontrip,” Derick captioned the photo.

The Christmas holiday season is important for the Duggars as they take annual mission trips and also reportedly get together for religious-themed activities.

Last weekend, the Duggar family shared images of their trip and reportedly wrote to their fans: “We are having wonderful family time serving together. As you are thinking about Christmas this year think about ways to do something for others as a family.”

During Thanksgiving day, Jill posted a photo of her growing baby bump. The photo also included Derick, his mother, who has been battling cancer, and his brother.

"So many blessing to count this Thanksgiving... Mama Cathy is well, best hubby in the world, expecting a son, God's mercies are new every morning! #happythanksgiving,” Jill wrote on her Instagram account.

The photo was also shared by Derick, captioning it: “So thankful that the Lord has healed mom and we can have Thanksgiving dinner with her this year! #beyondblessed #family #bestmom."
