Being the star of “The Bachelorette” is not an easy job! Despite having over 20 guys fighting for a chance to date her on the ABC reality series, JoJo Fletcher is still struggling with the thought of being rejected and ending up alone.

JoJo, 24, became a fan favorite while competing for Ben Higgins’ heart on “The Bachelor” Season 20 earlier this year. Unfortunately the Texas real estate developer ended up getting her heart broken when Ben decided to propose to Lauren Bushnell in the finale. The good news is that JoJo is getting a second chance at love — but she’s still nervous about the outcome.

“The Bachelor” creator Mike Fleiss has been tweeting “spoilers” about the upcoming season of “The Bachelorette” since filming started in mid-March. He took to Twitter early Thursday to reveal that despite narrowing down the contestants, she’s afraid of being rejected.

Fleiss later added that JoJo’s interested in about five or six of the remaining eight men.

Despite her nerves, JoJo has a strong sense of what she’s looking for in her future husband.

“I would just want someone who is genuine and makes me laugh and is my best friend,” she explained to Entertainment Tonight earlier this week. “Ultimately someone who is going to love me as much as I love them.”

Fans will get to see if JoJo gets her fairy tale ending when “The Bachelorette” Season 11 premieres on ABC May 23.
