Josh Brolin And Fiancée Kathryn Boyd Sport All-Black Look For ‘Everest’ Premiere

Actor Josh Brolin attended the premiere of his new film “Everest” in Los Angeles on Wednesday. The 47-year-old actor was accompanied by his lady love Kathryn Boyd in all-black ensembles and looked ready to slay on the red carpet.

For the premiere, Kathryn opted for a black mini dress, which showed off her long toned pins. Her sleeveless high neck dress featured a draped detailing on one shoulder, while the other side had a sheer panel.

She wore black strappy heels and accessorized with a matching box clutch and drop earrings. Her long blonde tresses were left loose over her shoulders styled straight in middle part. Her flawless make-up consisted of pink blush, brown eyeshadow and brow lipgloss.

Her beau Josh was wearing an all-black outfit, choosing a black suit, black dress shirt and black tie along with polished black shoes. The pair seemed to be complementing with each other with an all-black ensemble.

Josh and his fiancée packed some PDA as they stopped for a kiss when they arrived. The actor did not mind a few heads turning Kathryn’s way. The 28-year-old is a graduate of the University of Georgia. After dating for a year Josh proposed to his former assistant in April, E! News reported. In May, the couple appeared at the Cannes Film Festival together, for the premiere of Brolin’s film "Sicario."

Meanwhile, the “Gangster Squad” star, who was earlier married to actress Diane Lane in 2013, said that he wanted to be a part in his wedding planning with Boyd. “I’m the guy who has to force himself to back off. I want to be in the nucleus of it because that’s the fun part,” Brolin said.

The actor added that he is not the one to control everything but he just wanted to be involved. Saying that the entire planning process was very exciting, he said that they were still trying to figure out the best possible time to hold the wedding.

Jake Gyllenhaal was joined by his co-star Jason Clarke and director Baltasar Kormakur for the premiere. Laura Dern made her starry presence on the red carpet in a red and black patterned dress with sheer panel in front and strappy black sandals. Jake, meanwhile, still sported the full beard he has in the movie, matching with a dapper dark suit.

“Everest” tells the story of a climbing expedition on Mount Everest that is hit by a devastating snow storm. The action adventure flick also stars Keira Knightley, Robin Wright, Sam Worthington and Elizabeth Debicki among others.
