Justin Bieber Performs ‘What Do You Mean?’ At MTV VMAs; Watch Here
Justin Bieber performed his brand-new song, “What Do You Mean?” live at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday. The song was released last week.
Bieber initially took the stage performing his hit song with Skrillex and Diplo, “Where Are You Now,” but transitioned into his new single. Watch the video below:
Justin's speech was honestly beautiful. He's been through so much but he's so strong I can't explain how proud I am http://t.co/WmZAj9aAf2

The 21-year-old pop star appeared to be crying after the performance, which also involved wires that allowed him to "fly." Others say that Bieber was simply trying to catch his breath after the number. Although the "crying" vs. "out of breath" is up for debate, Twitter users were able to capture his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez's reaction:
Bieber previously revealed that the full music video for "What Do You Mean?" will drop following Sunday night following the VMAs.
