Justin Bieber?s 911 Call Released; Cops Were ?Like, Not Being Nice?
Justin Bieber's 911 call tape has been released, revealing an attempt to report paparazzi following the Biebs on a Los Angeles freeway on Friday night (check out the audio below). The tape reveals a distraught teen, upset about being chased around by photogs and also complaining that police officers were like, not being nice.
During the call, which was obtained by TMZ, the Biebs tries to sic the cops on the paparazzi by claiming they were driving really reckless, then proceeds to say his name is Johnson.
Bieber had been pulled over and given a speeding summons moments earlier. Reports claim the pop singer had managed to get his car above 100 miles per hour, which he told officers was a byproduct of being so famous everyone wanted his picture.
I was driving fast so that I could try to get away from them and I got pulled over myself, Bieber said. When I explained to the police officers, they were being, like, not nice about it. They were just like, 'You waive your rights to privacy when you're a celebrity.' But that makes absolutely no sense when they're the ones being dangerous.
In a moment of hilarity, the 911 operator asks what kind of car Bieber is driving. A Fisker. The operator, clearly not a car person, asks What kind of car is that?
Umm, a Fisker, Bieber responds.
For those unaware, Fisker makes pseudo-flashy and sporty eco-friendly cars that retail for about $100,000. Bieber makes up for its understated looks by giving it a mirror-like chrome finish.
