Kailyn Lowry Pictured With Baby No. 3 For The First Time

“Teen Mom 2” star Kailyn Lowry was pictured leaving the hospital with baby No. 3 in Dover, Delaware Monday. Her ex-boyfriend, Chris Lopez, accompanied her. The MTV reality TV star gave birth Saturday. She still hasn’t picked out a name for the child. Or if she has, she hasn’t shared it with the public.

The baby’s face could not be seen in the photos since Lowry covered him with a blanket. She held the child in her lap. Lopez walked ahead of them and then ushered the “Teen Mom 2” star into his car. They stopped off at Starbucks before they went home, Radar Online added.

It might be a surprise for some fans to catch of glimpse of Lopez since he was absent for most of her pregnancy. He didn’t appear on Season 8 of “Teen Mom 2,” even though it documented the beginning of Lowry’s pregnancy. She told one of her friends he didn’t want to be on camera because he didn’t want other girls to know he was having a child with Lowry, who is already a mother to 7-year-old son Isaac from a relationship with Jo Rivera and 3-year-old Lincoln from a relationship with ex-husband Javi Marroquin.

Lowry and Lopez apparently broke up when she found out she was pregnant. “Kail became a relationship of convenience for him,” a source told Radar Online. “He never actually loved her. It was a relationship, but he just decided he wanted something different and things didn’t work out so they went their separate ways.”

Even though their relationship didn’t work out, Lowry still wanted Lopez to be a part of their child’s life. “She wants to give him the opportunity to see his child being born,” the insider said. “She never said Chris couldn’t be involved with his child. She would hope he would want that, but she won’t force it or chase him to do so.”

Lowry announced her pregnancy in February. “I’m sad that I should have known that people in my life would sell me out before I was ready. Like any normal person, I want it to be a happy time,” she wrote. “I wanted this to be a private time so I could be excited while not getting chased by paparazzi and bothered with crazy headlines.”

She and Marroquin don’t have a good relationship at the moment, but he issued a statement to Radar Online saying Sunday, “I’m glad everything went well for her.” He and Lincoln had not immediately seen the baby.
