Kaley Cuoco Boyfriend List: 6 Men Actress Dated Before Karl Cook Engagement

It's going to officially be a very happy holiday season for "Big Bang Theory" actress Kaley Cuoco, who received an engagement ring from boyfriend of two years Karl Cook for her birthday on Nov. 30.

Cook confirmed they were engaged and planning to marry on Instagram, where he shared a video of the actress crying and accepting his proposal.

No details have yet emerged about when the couple plans to wed, though it notably won't be the first time Cuoco walked down the aisle. In fact, the actress has been in a few relationships over the years, since first finding fame on "8 Simple Rules For Dating My Teenage Daughter." Here's a look back at her other romances.

Johnny Galecki

Cuoco dated her "Big Bang Theory" co-star (and on-screen husband) for two years from 2007-2009, though no one knew the pair was an item until well after they broke up. Cuoco opened up about the relationship in 2010, admitting that in the end, their secrecy, which they felt was important so that their romance didn't color the story their characters were involved with on the show, was what helped end the romance.

"It was such a huge part of my life and no one knew about it. It was a wonderful relationship, but we never spoke a word about it and never went anywhere together," she said at the time. "...Everyone was always asking, and we deny-deny-denied. And I'm like, 'Why am I denying this person that I love?'"
