Kaley Cuoco Engaged To Karl Cook: See Her Reaction To His Proposal!
It seems like engagement season is on! “The Big Bang Theory” star Kaley Cuoco just got engaged to her boyfriend of two years, Karl Cook, as she celebrated her 32nd birthday on Nov. 30.
Both Cuoco and Cook shared a video of the actress’ emotional reaction to Cook’s proposal on Instagram. Cuoco, clad simply in a black shirt with her hair up, was crying the entire time and holding up her left hand to show her ring.
“Honey? How do you feel, honey? What’s on your finger, honey?” Cook prodded Cuoco. She tearfully replied, “We’re engaged!”
But Cook reminded her, “You still haven’t said yes yet!” There was no hesitation when Cuoco replied, “Yes! I said yes, I said yes!”
In her post, Cuoco said her birthday night was “perfection,” and she promised to love Cook “forever.”
Cook earlier teased about a proposal when he posted a photo showing Cuoco with a disappointed face when he presented her with an ornamental diamond ring from Target.
After posting the proposal video, Cook then shared a close-up look of the real ring he proposed with - a gorgeous pear-shaped diamond ring that is made by Nadis Diamonds in Los Angeles, California.
The proposal might have taken Cuoco by surprise, but people close to the couple were already anticipating it. Many said the two are just perfect for one another, since they share so many shared interests and believe in the same things.
“She is very happy with Karl. It’s the best relationship she has been in. It just works and is easy for them. They have a lot in common and just get each other,” a source told E! News.
“After her marriage and other past relationships, this one definitely stands out as being different,” the insider added. “She loves his sense of humor and feels like he brings out the best in her. She trusts him completely and after she was burned in the past, she appreciates how genuine he is. They are in it for the long run but she doesn’t know what the future holds. They are totally in love and happy together.”
