As the Kansas City Chiefs look to exorcise the demons of playoffs past, it sounds like the AFC’s top seed will have some important contributors back from injury. The Chiefs said on Tuesday that every player on the team except one would practice, meaning stars like Eric Berry and Sammy Watkins could conceivably play against the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday.

Rookie linebacker Dorian O’Daniel missed practice with calf and ankle troubles, but everyone else practiced in either full or limited capacities. That means Berry, Watkins and starting running back Spencer Ware all participated after missing time to end the regular season.

Due to an injured foot, Watkins missed five consecutive games at the end of the year. He last played in the first quarter of the Chiefs’ 54-51 loss to the Los Angeles Rams, registering one catch for four yards before exiting the game. He had been a reliable third target for quarterback Patrick Mahomes after Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce before his season was derailed by the injury.

Berry has only played in two games since September 2017. He appeared to suffer a setback at the end of the regular season when he missed the division-clinching win over the Oakland Raiders, but it is possible the Chiefs sat him as a precautionary measure. The former All-Pro safety could provide a boost to a struggling Chiefs defense.

Finally, Ware regained his starting job after the team released running back Kareem Hunt. He had two solid games as a starter before missing time with a hamstring injury. Backup Damien Williams registered 203 rushing yards and three touchdowns during Ware’s three-game absence, giving the Chiefs some flexibility at the running back position.

The Chiefs host the Colts in the divisional round at 4:35 p.m. ET on Saturday.
