Karlie Kloss Becomes Vlogger, Launches YouTube Channel ‘Klossy’ [Watch Video]

Karlie Kloss has launched a YouTube channel. The 22-year-old former Victoria’s Secret Angel has now become a vlogger. Named Klossy, the channel will give fans a behind-the-scenes peek into her hectic life, from getting ready backstage at Fashion Week, to joining Taylor Swift onstage.

The supermodel started the channel with the help of fellow vlogger, viral video sensation and close friend Casey Neistat. In a preview video for the channel, Kloss said she was discovered in 2005 and from then on things got “pretty crazy, pretty quickly” for her. She recounted how one day she would be attending second-period chemistry, and the next she would be walking on a runway in Paris, New York or Milan.

At 16, she was sought after by such designers as Donatella Versace, Oscar de la Renta and Marc Jacobs. She moved to New York shortly afterward and has since been on the cover of major magazines and fronting fashion campaigns. She also has gone into the baking business with Karlie’s Kookies.

The baker, coder and a student at New York University shared the teaser-trailer on Instagram with her 2.8 million followers. The video shows Kloss filming backstage secrets at Victoria's Secret fashion shows and enjoying a night in of pampering.

Kloss remains busy modeling, but she said that it is not her sole focus. Since she has spent so much time in front of the camera, she wanted to see how it feels to be behind it. A handful of fans have questioned why she'd take up a major project like the YouTube page; she answered that she wants to do something different for the world of modeling, Hello reported.

The channel promises to give an insight into “things that people never got to see before” from the former VS Angel’s life -- both on-duty and off. It would include crazy things that happen on set, and the moments before she steps out on the runway.
