Karrueche Tran-Chris Brown Update: ‘Loyal’ Singer Wants Ex-Girlfriend Out Of House He Leased For Her

Chris Brown reportedly wants former girlfriend Karrueche Tran to move out of the house he had leased for her. The news comes amid reports that the “Loyal” singer, who had tried to win back Tran after their split, is moving on after being rejected several times.

Brown’s decision to ask Tran to leave the house reportedly came after the 27-year-old model said the dog she got as a gift from the singer was a constant reminder of their relationship. Tran broke up with Brown in March after she discovered that he had a child with model Nia Guzman.

“If Karrueche wants to get rid of her dog because it reminds her of Chris, then she should have already moved out of the house Chris leased for her,” a source close to Brown told Hollywood Life.

During an interview on iHeartRadio’s The Melting Pot on Monday, Tran reportedly talked about the dog, Athena.

“I received a gift from my ex for Christmas -- a dog -- she was given to me for Christmas. Right now, she’s at the trainer. She’s really, really bad and she’s a puppy,” Tran reportedly said. “I want to keep her because it’s a puppy. I want to love her but it’s a reminder of, you know.”

The two have been feuding since the “Loyal” singer slammed Tran's supermodel friend, Tyson Beckford, for spending time with the model last month. However, Brown's attempts at reconciliation turned dramatic after he forced himself into Tran’s SUV outside the Playhouse Nightclub in Los Angeles on June 4, and the incident ended outside Tran’s house with neighbors calling the police.

Some reports claimed that Brown has been trying to get over their split after Tran was spotted with “Orange Is the New Black” star Ruby Rose. Tran and Rose were reportedly seen dining together just a week after the former revealed that she had a crush on the 29-year-old model. Daily Mail reported Wednesday that Rose is "happily married" to partner Phoebe Dahl.
