Kate Middleton Closer To Princess Charlotte, While Prince William Prefers Prince George?
Kate Middleton and Prince William have a special bond with their daughter and son separately.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge may or may not have favorites in their brood. According to an insider, the royal mom and the princess, and the two princes have a special bond.
"George is very close with his father," a source told Us Weekly. "William says they have surprisingly deep conversations these days and his view of the world is absolutely fascinating to him. Not so long ago William said something like, 'I never thought I'd see the day when George is talking to me about the value of sharing or the importance of happiness. He's a bright boy!'"
Meanwhile, Middleton and Princess Charlotte have a similar bond. The mother and daughter's closeness is as strong as Prince William and Prince George's.
"Mummy definitely has a shadow," a source close to the Middletons said. "Wherever Kate goes, so does Charlotte. It's adorable. As she's home a lot more than George, Charlotte spends time in the kitchen 'helping' with things. Whenever the housekeeper or Kate is preparing food, Charlotte needs her own little toy set by her side to imitate."
Although Prince George and Princess Charlotte are closer to one of their parents, they also enjoy each other's company. According to a source, the young prince is very protective of his sister.
On the other hand, the little princess is reportedly "not afraid of a grazed knee." In fact, she runs around the corridors like a "girl possessed.'"
In related news, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have banned the use of iPads at home. Prince William and Middleton grew up without gadgets for entertainment and preferred toys and outdoor plays for their children because these activities encourage their active imagination.
To entertain Prince George and Princess Charlotte, they are allowed to take day trips to the zoo. They also go on playground adventures.
Prince William and Middleton just released their family holiday card. The photo featured the family of four in a coordinated ensemble with Prince George and Princess Charlotte smiling on the camera.
According to reports, the Duchess of Cambridge 's ensemble is not brand new. She was first spotted in that powdered blue dress in 2016 when she made her first solo overseas trip to the Netherlands and wore it again on Camilla Parker-Bowle's 70th birthday in July.
