Kate Middleton keeps herself sane in the goldfish bowl of the royal family by doing one thing that gives her a sound mind.

Royal author Duncan Larcombe said in the documentary “Meghan and Harry: The First 100 Days” that the Duchess of Cambridge’s role as a mom is what’s keeping her sane.

Middleton is a devoted mom to her three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. She is also a devoted wife to Prince William, and the couple will soon celebrate their 8th wedding anniversary.

Even during her royal engagements, Middleton sees to it that she remembers or includes her husband and kids during discussions. In February, she shared a photo of her family to a group of young students and said that they make her feel good.

The Duchess of Cambridge took out the photo and placed it on a desk while sitting and talking with a group of pupils as part of her visits marking Children’s Mental Health Week.

Middleton’s favorite photo of her family was taken at Anmer Hall in Norfolk last year, and the snap was released as the Cambridge’s 2018 family Christmas card.

“This is a photograph of my family. These are my children and this is my husband, and my family makes me happy,” Middleton gushed.

The Duchess of Cambridge also revealed that they all love playing outdoors and spending as much time as they could together.

In the photo, the stunning mom of three is carrying Prince Louis on her lap. Princess Charlotte is standing in between Prince William and Middleton, and Prince George has his hands wrapped around his dad.

Meanwhile, Middleton previously revealed which photo of Prince George she thinks is lovely. The picture shows Prince George resting his little head over his mom’s shoulder.

New Zealand photographer Steven Woolf claimed that Middleton told him that Prince George’s picture was her favorite from that tour. Following the tour, Woolf gave the Duchess of Cambridge a black-and-white version of the same picture.
