The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended the baptism of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s son, Archie. However, more netizens noticed Middleton than the new mom.

Photos of Markle and Middleton were shared on Instagram and more netizens couldn’t help but praise the Duchess of Cambridge.

A number of online users praised Middleton for her beauty, class and elegance. Most agreed that Princes William’s wife is “stunning,” “amazing,” “beautiful” and “perfect.”

“Kate is very demure. That was the right choice,” one wrote.

Another noted that Middleton is the boss while some pointed out that she will be the next Queen. Others wrote “only Kate” and “Kate all the way.”

One netizen complimented baby Archie for being so cute and ignored Markle but instead wrote that his “aunt Kate looks absolutely lovely.”

“Kate always outshines,” another user wrote.

Although most noticed Middleton, according to body language expert Judi James, the Duchess of Cambridge was careful to not upstage the first-time mom.

“The formal pose shows all the royals looking relaxed and happy apart from a rather over-formal William in a self-protective barrier pose and Kate looking as though she's determined to not upstage the happy couple and their first baby,” James told Fabulous Digital.

Meanwhile, another body language expert said that Prince William and Middleton were showing signs of stress in the photos. According to Traci Brown, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were “unusually stiff.”

The “Persuasion Point: Body Language and Speech for Influence” author pointed out how Prince William was fairly relaxed and happy in family settings but appeared stiff at Archie’s baptism. This is evident in his rigid hand gesture and dramatic facial expression that most considered “sour” and “unhappy.” Meanwhile, others pointed out that Middleton’s smile and felt that it was different.

In related news, one source said that Markle made Middleton cry again at Archie’s baptism rehearsal. The Duchess of Sussex allegedly confronted her sister-in-law and warned Middleton to not do anything to steal her thunder at the christening.

Middleton was upset and shaken. The mother of three knew that Markle was emotional but it wasn’t easy for her to take. The Duchess of Cambridge reportedly ended up leaving the rehearsal in tears with Prince William comforting her. The source added that “it was awful.”
