Kate Middleton Pregnant With Twins? Duchess Of Cambridge To Give Birth Later This Year, Report Says
Kate Middleton continues to battle pregnancy rumors. A latest report by Life&Style magazine, cited by Hollywood Life, said that the Duchess of Cambridge is pregnant with twins, making her the first in the royal family to be a mother to twins since the 15th century.
“Kate and [Prince] William were totally shocked when they found out,” a source told Life&Style, according to Hollywood Life. “They couldn’t speak at first and then both burst out laughing and crying. When Kate gives birth later this year, they are going to have their hands full!”
“The babies will be very unique because no mother of the future British monarch has given birth to twins since the 15th century,” the insider said.
Middleton and William were on a visit to India recently. The Duke of Cambridge was treated to South Indian crepe-like dosas, which he also offered to his wife. However, she refused. And the reason behind that, according to the magazine, was her morning sickness.
“The last thing she wanted was to be sick on camera from eating the traditional Indian dish,” the source told Life&Style.
However, the report is unlikely to be true as Gossip Cop, which famously debunks celebrity rumors, dismissed the magazine’s story. A palace source told the website that Middleton and William were not expecting twins.
Gossip Cop recently debunked a report by Radar Online, which said the 34-year-old duchess was seen cradling her stomach, leading to speculation that she was pregnant with her third child. Middleton and William are parents to Prince George, 2, and Princess Charlotte, 11 months.
