Kate Middleton, Prince Philip 'Perfect Partners In Crime,' Body Language Expert Says
Kate Middleton and Prince Philip seem to get along well together.
The Duchess of Cambridge and Duke of Edinburgh are two generations apart, but this doesn't stop them from enjoying a close bond. In fact, according to a body language expert, the two royals have a lot of similarities with each other.
In one photo, Prince Philip and Middleton can be seen looking at each other while laughing. According to Judi James, the snap speaks volumes about their relationship. "These delightful poses suggest unexpectedly rich bonds between Kate and Prince Philip based on not just affection but also a shared sense of humour and fun," the expert told Express.
"Her dimpled smile and softened eye expression show genuine affection but her fully opened-mouth laugh suggests she's finding Philips comments genuinely hilarious," James continued. "The Prince looks in fine form here, pointing at little Charlotte and throwing an impish smile that involves raised brows and a wide eye expression."
James added that they seem to be the perfect partners in mischief together. "This intensity of eye-gaze defines this as a contagious smile, forged to encourage a complimentary response in the other person and Kate's grin shows he's found the perfect partner in crime here," she said.
According to James, Prince Philip is popular for his sense of humor, and Middleton seems to be enjoying it during their animated chat. During the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's engagement interview, Prince William hinted about his and Middleton's sense of humor too.
According to the royal dad of three, they get along well because Middleton's "naughty sense of humor" complemented his "dirty sense of humour." Due to this, the couple often enjoys a good laugh.
In related news, Prince Philip is reportedly not a fan of Netflix's "The Crown." In fact, he reportedly snapped when asked about the series. On the other hand, Queen Elizabeth II reportedly enjoyed it. However, the monarch apparently had a change of heart because it portrayed her husband in a bad light.
One insider recently revealed that the Queen was not amused with one episode where the series featured Prince Charles enduring unhappy times during his school days due to Prince Philip. His father decided to send the future king to a spartan Scottish public school.
"The problem is that it is well written, well acted and lavishly filmed. Which makes it much worse as it perverts the truth – whole episodes are built around fabrications," royal author Hugo Vicker said.
