Kate Middleton and Prince William are sending a secret message in their Christmas card.

A few days back, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s Christmas card was leaked on social media by a woman who received one. In the snap, Prince William and Middleton strike a pose with their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

According to royal expert Camilla Tominey, Kensington Palace was actually planning to release it formally. However, they did not do it because one of those who received it uploaded the photo to Twitter. Aside from this, she shared that there was a secret message in the photo.

Tominey said that Prince William and Middleton chose the image to show that they are “not in any trouble” because it was a “relaxed” shot. Tominey also hinted that there would be a “more endearing family image” to be released before Christmas.

On Christmas Day, Kensington Palace shared a new family photo of the Cambridges. In the adorable snap, Prince William kisses his youngest son, Prince Louis. Meanwhile, Princess Charlotte stands behind his younger brother while Prince George comfortably sits on a chair. Middleton is noticeably missing in the snap.

Royal fans praised the photo while some likened it to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Christmas photo because it was also black and white. One said that unlike the Sussexes, the Cambridges’ new picture was not fake.

Prince Harry and Markle’s family photo spark a controversy because some believed that it was photoshopped. One said that Markle’s face was very clear while everything else around her was blurry. Another online user said that it was fake because the rugs between the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were different.

A different netizen insisted that Prince Harry and Markle’s photo was fake because Archie looks older for a baby born in May. The same online user insisted that Markle faked everything and the Sussexes were not together.
