Kate Middleton spent Valentine’s Day with one of the most special people in her life.
On Thursday, the Duchess of Cambridge was spotted taking her 9-month-old son Prince Louis around Kensington Palace Gardens. Middleton was reportedly in a great mood during the walk close to her home, Hello! first reported.
Prince William’s wife dressed down in black angle grazer jeans and New Balance puffer jacket with contrasting white sleeves. She let her hair down and wore minimal makeup.
It was a discreet look for Middleton who made a buzz just hours earlier after gracing the red carpet at the V&A museum in her pink Gucci gown.
Middleton reportedly smiled politely at the people who recognized her. One netizen took a snap of Middleton’s outing and shared it on Twitter.
A user commented on the photo and asked if it was really Middleton. Another user was confident that it was Prince William’s wife.
“I’m 99.9% sure it’s her cause the trainers, her hair, and it seems like a stroller she’s used!” the user wrote.
Meanwhile, a different netizen praised Middleton for doing the usual things that normal moms do with their kids despite being a royal.
“So practical, it seems a normal person who goes out with his son while the others do not arrive, but she is lovely,” Isabel C Martins wrote.
Middleton will have to face a huge change when Prince William becomes the new king. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are aware that they will be taking over the throne in due time. In fact, they are reportedly preparing for it already.
Prince William has been attending meetings to take on Prince Charles’ role as the Prince of Wales. The Duke of Cambridge is also prepping to be the next monarch because Prince Charles’ reign is expected to be much shorter than Queen Elizabeth II’s.
When the time comes, Middleton will experience some big changes in her life. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their kids will have to move to Buckingham Palace. In addition, Middleton is expected to take on more charities and less private outings like strolling in the garden or shopping at Waitrose.
Middleton is very hands-on when it comes to her kids that she does grocery shopping for them. When she becomes queen consort, she has to delegate that task to the royal aides.
