Kate Middleton Stuns In Cream Coat, Visits Center To Support Other Moms
Kate Middleton is definitely back in pursuing her royal duties.
On Tuesday, the Duchess of Cambridge visited Hornsey Road Children's Centre. Her visit to the centre was a long time coming. She was supposed to visit them in September but didn't make it due to severe morning sickness. Finally, Middleton was able to see the family and parental support services that the organization offers to women and children, People reported.
The royal mom looked chic and fab in a cream coat from Goat over a black dress when she arrived in the centre. She paired it with tights and knee-high boots. She was glowing as she met and listened to the personal experiences of the parents and volunteers who support the organization.
According to the publication, Queen Elizabeth is a royal patron of the charity and Middleton is stepping in for the 91-year-old monarch. The organization is one of the biggest British providers in the country. It has already helped 45,000 families by providing practical, emotional and financial support. The charity aims to help families and communities across the U.K. by building skills and resilience and by improving the adult and children's quality of life.
Aside from meeting the parents and volunteers, the royal mom also met the children in the nursery. Kensington Palace even shared a snap of Middleton's encounter with the kids at the centre on Twitter. "The Duchess chats to families in the nursery who have benefitted from Hornsey Road Children's Centre's support," the caption reads.
On the said event, 6-year-old Nevaeh Richardson-Natiko presented Middleton with a bouquet of flowers. According to the little girl, the Duchess of Cambridge told her Princess Charlotte's favorite color.
"She asked me what my favorite color is," Richardson-Natiko who was wearing a pink party dress told the reporters after her encounter with Middleton. "I said it was pink and she said that's Charlotte's favorite color too."
In related news, Middleton surprised everyone with her short curls in a faux bob at the Remembrance Day ceremony. Although she never cut her hair short, the Duchess of Cambridge looked younger and more radiant in the said hairstyle. "If Kate opts to chop, she could pull it off," Glamour wrote.
