Kate Middleton Style: Where to Buy Her Best Holiday Accessories
As the holidays approached, it seemed as if the whole world wanted to know What is Kate Middleton doing and what will she wear? Middleton has been at the center of attention since marrying Prince William in April and this marked her first Christmas at Sandringham manor (and her first Christmas as a married woman).
Though the festivities were kept private, photos of the Royal Family were taken as they attended Christmas Day service at St. Mary Magdalene Church on the royal estate at Sandringham. Kate looked positively demure in a plum-colored coat, black tights, black gloves and suede black pumps. She topped the look off with a velvet hat and some stunning diamond earrings.
On New Year's Eve, one single photo of Kate was captured. The photo showed the beautiful duchess frolicking in the grass at her parents' house with two of the family's dogs. Though she was dressed down, Middleton still looked stylish in knee-high boots.
At a charity football match after New Year's, Kate stepped out with Prince Harry in matching rain boots. Kate paired hers with a sheepskin jacket, white cable sweater and jeans.
Here are all the details on where to buy Kate's holiday accessories.
Kiki McDonough Earrings
Kate is not the kind of duchess to drench herself in diamonds. However, she does add a touch of bling time and again. On Christmas Day, when attending service at Sandringham, Kate wore Kiki McDonough's green amethyst drop earrings surrounded by diamonds on a diamond hoop. They retail for almost $3,000. McDonough is a favorite jeweler of Kate's. Though Kate's earrings appear sold out, you can buy similar ones from McDonough's online shop - the Kiki Classic citrine and diamond earrings, priced at £1,200.
Jane Corbett Hat
With a burgundy velvet hat placed jauntily on her head, Middleton looked sassy and sophisticated all at once. Evidently, the hat she wore was made by famed couture milliner Jane Corbett. You can contact Corbett by clicking here to see how to purchase her stunning toppers.
Le Chameau Rain Boots
Looking cool and casual, Kate sported rain boots (otherwise known as wellies in the UK) to watch Prince William play in a charity football match. These boots are from the French company Le Chameau. The ones Kate wore are knee-high and leather-lined. They sell for £300. You can buy a cotton-lined pair for just £75. Click here to fill out an information form. If you are from the U.S., a division of the company is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It appears Kate wore these while playing with her pets on New Year's Eve as well.
L.K. Bennett Sheepskin Jacket
At the same charity football match, Kate wore the Darwin sheepskin jacket by L.K. Bennett to keep warm. The jacket comes in a rich espresso hue and features black fur-lined collar and cuffs. L.K. Bennett describes the outwear as such: The Darwin is a super sexy shearling jacket and one of the most beautiful pieces of the season. The full collar and cuffs with exposed shearling combined with a nipped waist make this a must have. Feminine seaming makes this a luxurious item but it works equally well for special occasions, work or casual wear - so is an investment piece that could bring new energy to your whole wardrobe. Buy this at L.K. Bennet's online shop for £695.
