Kate Middleton Wears Bikini, Hold Hands With Prince William In Rare Photo

Kate Middleton was once snapped holding hands with Prince William while clad in a bikini.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very modest when it comes to showing PDA, especially when they are attending royal engagements. However, things are different when they are out enjoying their private lives.

A throwback photo of Prince William and Middleton enjoying their vacation on the beach has resurfaced on Instagram. In the snap, the duchess wears a black bandeau neck tie bikini with a gold embellishment. On the other hand, the future king wears printed shorts. The couple is holding hands while they walk away from the waters.

The photo first appeared on the cover of Woman’s Day magazine in 2012. According to the publication, the shot was taken during the couple’s honeymoon in Seychelles. However, it was only shared publicly a year after their wedding which led some questioning when it was really taken.

Middleton has been photographed wearing bikinis in the past. In 2013, Star published a photo of Middleton on their cover wearing a blue Vix Bia two-piece bikini. In the snap, the duchess’ belly is a bit bigger than usual. According to the publication, Middleton was four months pregnant at the time.

There were also photos of Middleton wearing a white bikini. The snaps were taken while Prince William and Middleton were enjoying their holiday in Ibiza prior to their royal wedding.

Prince William and Middleton are praised by netizens for being modest in public. Since they are not as tactile as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and they are not often seen holding each other, every time they do, royal fans couldn’t help but notice it.

An old clip of the future king and queen consort has resurfaced on Twitter. In one scene, Prince William and Middleton hold each other hand and netizens could not help but react. They were impressed with the couple because they knew when to hold each other’s hand.

“Aww. Look at them holding hands! They know the correct time and place for that!! Not during official engagements!” one commented.

“That’s how the ‘hand-holding’ thing should be done - happy, relaxed & in private,” a different netizen opined.
