Kate Middleton’s family has been accused of cashing in on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s baby.

The Duchess of Cambridge’s parents are in hot water for using baby Archie on their personalized party goodies. Many believed that Carole Middleton and Michael Middleton are cashing in on baby Sussex.

Middleton’s family owns Party Pieces. They are plugging different party items using child models who are around the same age as the young royal. There are also photos of little boys on numerous celebratory birthday cakes with colorful banners bearing Archie’s name.

Daily Star shared a snap taken from the Middleton’s site Party Pieces. The item is printed with the royal tot’s name, a photo of a boy, two bears and mountain.

“HAVE A HAPPY BIRTHDAY ARCHIE!” the text wrote.

“Our wide range of personalised photo banners are perfect for girls and boys birthday parties,” their ad read. “Add a personal touch by adding a name and age or write your own custom message and a photo of the special birthday boy or girl.”

This isn’t the first time Middleton’s parents were accused of cashing in on the other members of the royal family. In 2018, in the run-up of Markle’s birthday, Party Pieces released new ads featuring a colorful banner with a personalized message for the celebrant that read: “Happy 18th Birthday Megan.”

The banner uses the same name as the Duchess of Sussex except that it was misspelled because it lacked “h.”

“Our wide range of personalised photo banners are perfect for girls and boys birthday parties,” the ad on the site at the time read. “Add a personal touch by adding a name and age or write your own custom message and a photo of the special birthday boy or girl.”

Middleton’s parents also reportedly cashed in on Prince Harry and Markle in the run-up of their royal wedding by selling personalized Union Jack banner, bowler hat, fabric waving flags, umbrellas, fluffy head bloppers and more. Those items were perfect for the occasion as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s big day was deemed to be a national celebration.
