Kate Middleton’s photo was used by a facelift clinic that Sarah Ferguson promoted.

Photos of the Duchess of Cambridge have been used to promote a cosmetic clinic that the Duchess of York has been visiting. Ferguson has had a series of procedures at the Harley Street site.

The site released a video tribute of their services this week. In broken English are the words that appear alongside the photos, “Imagination of natural look. We are doing procedures that you look like fresh you.” However, they sparked outrage for using old snaps of Middleton in their campaign ad on Instagram, Mirror reported.

“What is so blatantly awful in using these images is that prospective clients may be inclined to think that Kate has had a laser facelift or other treatment from this company when she most certainly has not,” Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine, said. “This appears to be a very ill-thought-out campaign by one of the many, many skin doctors that set themselves up in Harley Street. This is another episode in the daily life of the Yorks, I’m afraid.”

Months ago, a cosmetic surgeon found himself in hot water for also using Middleton’s photos to promote a cosmetic service. Middleton’s alleged “before” and “after” photos when she underwent baby botox were also shared on the same social media platform. However, the palace quickly denied the claim that the duchess got a botox saying that it was “categorically not true.”

Despite the palace’s denial, netizens were convinced that Prince William’s wife underwent cosmetic procedures, but found nothing wrong with it. Some even praised the future queen because she was very modest in doing so. One said that if she had Middleton’s money and people would constantly take photos of her, then she would get botox and filler often.

Another also defended the duchess saying that if she had botox, nothing was wrong with it. Middleton has been scrutinized in the public eye and if she were the duchess, she would also get minor works done.

“I don’t think there’s really any shame to it, just like I don’t think there’s any shame in not wanting to delve into procedures,” the netizen wrote.

Meanwhile, Ferguson confirmed that she had some laser treatment on her face. The Duchess of York uses the new laser therapy 6-Dimension Ultimate Laser Treatment lift. Prior to this, she also had botox, organic fillers, vitamin injections, laser facelift and threadlift to maintain her appearance.
