Kate Middleton’s Sentimental Gold Charm Bracelet From Camilla Parker Bowles Resurfaces [PHOTOS]

Kate Middleton received a sentimental wedding gift from Camilla Parker Bowles.

On Tuesday, the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary. To celebrate the event, one Instagram user shared her favorite pieces of jewelry owned by the Duchess of Cambridge and highlighted one item that was a present from Camilla.

The gold bracelet featured a circle charm with Middleton and Camilla’s monogram on each side. One side has a “C” for Catherine and a coronet, the other has another “C” for Camilla and a crown.

According to Hello!, Middleton wore the bracelet in 2011 when she showed up at Wimbledon. However, she has not worn it in another public engagement since then. The publication noted that with its gold chain and circular charm, the bracelet would be right on-trend for SS19.

Camilla and Middleton appear friendly but according to Christopher Andersen in his book “Game of Crowns: Elizabeth, Camilla, Kate and the Throne,” the duchesses’ relationship didn’t start out so well.

The Duchess of Cornwall reportedly wanted the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to split. She even asked Prince Charles to advise his son, Prince William, to break up with Middleton.

Camilla also reportedly found Middleton “pretty, but rather dim” and “too lowly ” to marry a royal. When Prince William and Middleton split, Camilla was happy and deemed their separation “wise.”

Camilla was allegedly jealous because unlike her, Middleton was well-liked. In fact, the public favored Middleton over her. At the present time, the two have already put the issues behind.

During Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding, Camilla and Middleton were seated beside each other. Middleton was caught on camera side-eyeing Camilla, which prompted netizens to react. Many said that it was “too good to miss.”

Some felt that Middleton shaded Camilla, but the majority disagreed. According to one user, the two duchesses were actually sharing a laugh and the royal mom of three was trying to not make it obvious by looking at Camilla at her eyes after the laugh.

A different user found Middleton’s reaction funny and commended Camilla’s choice of hat because it was broad-brimmed and it kept her face hidden from the camera.
