Kate Middleton’s Video Side-Eyeing Camilla During Prince Harry, Meghan Markle’s Wedding Resurfaces

Kate Middleton made a shocking gesture toward Camilla Parker Bowles during a special event.

Back in May, the Duchess of Cambridge and Duchess of Cornwall sat beside each other while witnessing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding. Surprisingly, Middleton was caught side-eyeing Camilla as they listened to the preacher as shown in the video that resurfaced on Twitter.

Initially, many users couldn’t believe Middleton’s reaction. A number thought that they were the only ones who saw it. Another user said that the scene was “too good to miss” and added that it would be a good GIF.

Netizens have different opinions about the incident. Some felt that Middleton shaded Camilla, but most of them were convinced that the royal mother of three didn’t intend it that way.

“Kate and Camila had just laughed at the preacher, and she was trying to not make it obviously [sic] by just looking at her with her eyes, after the laugh!” one netizen commented

Other netizens found Middleton’s reaction funny. Some commended Camilla’s choice of hat because it was broad-brimmed, which kept her face hidden from the camera.

“Camila clever enough to wear a hat so that no one could see her laughing?” another user wrote.

On the other hand, some netizens couldn’t understand why Middleton and Camilla laughed during the service when the preacher was not funny at all. In fact, they found him emotional as he delivered the message.

In response to this, one user named Desiree said that the preacher was “[l]oud & passionate for people who are stone-cold, boring & soulless.”

In related news, royal biographer Katie Nicholl revealed in her 2010 book “William and Harry” the palace’s fears about Middleton possibly becoming the next Camilla. According to the author, it was hard not to draw comparisons between Prince Charles and Prince William when it comes to the way they treated their girlfriends.

It can be noted that Prince William and Middleton had a trial separation. This triggered the palace’s concern about the Duke of Cambridge meeting the right woman at the wrong time. Prince Charles also dated Camilla before Princess Diana. Unfortunately, they broke up but rekindled their romance when the Prince of Wales was already married to the late Princess of Wales, and it didn’t sit well with Princess Diana and the public.
