Kate Upton And Justin Verlander Dating Again? Model, Detroit Tigers Ace Spotted Together At Philadelphia Flyers Game [PHOTO]

Supermodel Kate Upton and Detroit Tigers star Justin Verlander may have rekindled their on-again, off-again romance.

Upton, 21, and Verlander, 30, were spotted sitting together as the Tampa Bay Lightning took on the Philadelphia Flyers last Saturday, sparking rumors that the pair are dating yet again. Nearby fans took to social media to discuss the couple’s incognito date.

“Kate Upton and Justin Verlander at the flyers game in the box seats next to ours [sic],” one fan wrote on Twitter. Neither Upton nor Verlander made mention of the date on their social media accounts.

Verlander was reportedly in Philadelphia to undergo core muscle repair surgery, the Philadelphia Daily News reports. Before the Flyers game, he and Upton ate dinner together with three other people at a Philadelphia restaurant; Upton ordered the calamari and cheesesteak dumplings.

Upton and Verlander were first rumored to be dating in 2012 after they were spotted attending an Aerosmith concert and vacationing together in the Caribbean. However, their relationship quickly cooled, and by Valentine’s Day 2013, Upton publicly stated that she was single.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl dissed Verlander last June, when she sent a happy birthday tweet to his close friend, former professional baseball player Frank Viola III. Upton’s message was accompanied by a snarky “card,” which read, “Happy birthday to a friend of a friend who I now like more than the original friend.”

In any event, Upton’s reunion with Verlander at the Flyers game will certainly reignite dating rumors.
