Katy Perry And John Mayer Rekindle Their Romance Yet Again, Spotted Together During Fourth Of July
Exes Katy Perry and John Mayer appear to have rekindled their romance yet again. The two celebrities were spotted together over the Fourth of July weekend, and they still looked very much in love, according to onlookers.
Perry hugged Mayer at the Grateful Dead concert in Chicago Saturday night, TMZ writes, along with the picture of the couple. The couple split in March this year, but the new photographs show that they are still friends with each other.
The two were dressed casually for the concert. Mayer wore denim jeans and a blue shirt, while the “Fireworks” singer looked chic in gray sweater with a blue bandana around her neck, E! Online writes. It is not the first time that the couple was spotted together since their break-up in March.
Mayer and Perry also visited Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, together in May and enjoyed their stay in the park until midnight. The two were also spotted getting cozy during a meal at Los Angeles' popular eating joint Ysabel in April, the website added.
"They never stopped talking and being friendly while they were broken up," a source revealed to couple told E! "They are really excited about being together right now and spending as much time as possible."
Before hooking up with Mayer, Perry was married to British comedian Russell Brand. The two tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in northern India in 2010. However, their relationship lasted less than two years before they divorced.
Many other celebrities were also present at the Grateful Dead show over the weekend. The band played the last of their 50th anniversary concerts in Chicago. Andy Cohen, Bill Watson, Al Franken and many other famous people gathered to listen to Bob Weir, Phil Lesh, Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann entertain the audience. The band played two sets and also paid a special tribute to the late Jerry Garcia.
