‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ Season 10 Episode 13 Recap: Is Kim Kardashian Pregnant? Star Drops Major Baby Bombshell During Midseason Finale

Kim Kardashian’s quest to get pregnant has been no easy task. The 33-year-old unsuccessfully has undergone several procedures, including IVF, to conceive a second child with husband Kanye West. Fortunately it seems her struggle has finally paid off.

During Season 10, episode 13 of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Kim continued to battle with her fertility. After failing to get pregnant through IVF, the reality TV star refused to give up. While on vacation with her family in Big Sky, Montana, Kim made several visits to a local fertility doctor to determine the exact reason the implanted embryos did not take as well as if she’d be able to conceive naturally. Frustrated by the ceaseless poking and prodding, Kim decided to consult her longtime friend and psychic John Edward, who tells her he doesn’t see conception in her future.

It appears, however, his prediction was wrong. At the end of the episode, while preparing fans for what’s to come when the series returns, Kim is shown revealing some good news to Khloé Kardashian.

“I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!” Kim told her sister excitedly.

It has yet to be revealed how far along she is or whether she is expecting a boy or a girl. Neither Kim nor her famous family have addressed the good news. The “Selfish” author did, however, live tweet bits of the episode.

E! has not yet announced when fans can expect “KUWTK” Season 10 to resume airing.
