'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Season 11 Spoilers: Kris Jenner And Caitlyn Jenner Come Face To Face During An 18th Birthday Celebration For Kylie Jenner In Episode 4

Kris Jenner is forced to put her fears about meeting Caitlyn Jenner aside when the time comes to gather the Kardashian and Jenner families for her youngest daughter's birthday. The Kardashian matriarch has been very vocal throughout Season 11 about her anxieties over facing her ex, Caitlyn. During episode 4, however, she realizes that her personal problems are making Kylie Jenner uncomfortable while planning her 18th birthday.

Early in the episode Kris and Kylie discuss plans for celebrating her special day. The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan reveals to her mother that she's feeling uneasy about the planning because of the tension between Kris and Caitlyn over the former Olympian's harsh Vanity Fair article. This opens Kris' eyes, forcing her to begin considering setting up a meeting with Caitlyn. The mother of six urges Kylie not to stress over their relationship, revealing to her that regardless of what she decides to do, there will not be an issue.

As episode 4 of E!'s "KUWTK" progresses Kris reaches out to daughter Kim Kardashian, who has served as a sort of mediator between Caitlyn and the rest of the family. Kim agrees to come along with Kris to Caitlyn's Malibu, California, mansion, but does not come inside. The pair sit face to face and hash out their issues to avoid having an awkward first meeting at Kylie's birthday party. The discussion resolves some issues, but creates others. In a one-on-one interview, Kris calls Caitlyn "the most stubborn person" she's ever encountered.

The day of Kylie's party finally arrives and tensions are higher than ever. Kris scoffs at Kim when she suggests that the pair be seated next to each other and spends much of the beginning of dinner drinking alcoholic beverages as fast as she can. Kylie notices and grows uncomfortable while watching this play out before her eyes. Kris continues to point out Caitlyn's tardiness until she arrives to the dinner. Caitlyn breaks the ice with Kris, engaging her in casual conversation which shifts the mood.

In the meantime Kim, who is still preparing to welcome her second child on the show, slowly begins taking over her mother's home. She, husband Kanye West and daughter North West move back in amid construction on their home, taking over three rooms, garage space and more. Kris grows frustrated by Kim's presence as the expectant mother sets boundaries regarding noise and more in her mother's home. Kim then reveals to Kris that she'll need yet another room in the sprawling mansion once her son is born because she'll likely still be living there. This news comes as a shock to Kris, but she continues to bite her tongue.

Khloé Kardashian also encounters issues during episode 4 of "KUWTK" as she's faced with a difficult decision about her relationship with estranged husband Lamar Odom. Kris arrives at her home in the show to question her daughter about divorce documents she was supposed to file, at which time Khloé shares with her that there was a delay on the court's end. She is later shown discussing her decision with her sisters, telling them it was not easy for her to come to this conclusion, but it's time for her to move on.
