Kelly Clarkson has revealed the first baby pictures of her and husband Brandon Blackstock’s newborn son on social media.

The “American Idol” alum took to Twitter on Sunday to share two photos of baby son Remington “Remy” Alexander Blackstock, People magazine reported. The singer uploaded two side-by-side pictures of her and husband Brandon, each holding the nearly two-week-old infant in their arms.

In Brandon’s photo, baby Remy was photographed against his father’s chest. Brandon’s left hand also lay nestled lightly on top of his son’s chest, while his thumb and forefinger gently held Remy’s head up. The almost two-week-old baby even wore an adorable smile on his face, as his little hand held onto his father’s wrist.

In Kelly’s photo, the singer cradled her sleeping baby, who was wrapped in a knit blanket, in her arms. In the said image, Kelly gave her newborn son a soft kiss on his forehead. The “Heartbeat Song” crooner captioned the black-and-white image, “Meet Remy, our newest edition to the family! #charmfordays #watchoutladies.”

However, Kelly appeared to have made a mistake in the said Twitter post where she introduced her son to her fans on social media. The singer used the word “edition” instead of “addition.” The error was also noticed by a Twitter user who sent a message on the said social media site, Huffington Post reported. Twitter user Mehek Cazi commented if the singer meant to use the word “addition” in her post.

Kelly took notice of the post and jokingly replied: “haven’t slept in days.” She even described the said Twitter user as “smart” in her post. Kelly wrote on Twitter, “Ha! Yes! I haven't slept in days! Best part is I ran that tweet by several other people who didn't catch it! #smart.”

The singer gave birth to her and husband Brandon’s second child on April 12. The Hollywood couple welcomed their first child daughter River Rose in June 2014.
