Kensington Palace ‘Terrible’ In Defending Meghan Markle But Not With Kate Middleton

Kensington Palace is not treating Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle equally, according to netizens.

The Duchess of Sussex’s best friends have finally spoken up and defended Markle from false reports and fake claims against her made by online trolls. According to them, Markle hasn’t’ changed at all. She loves and serves Prince Harry, she accommodates her friends but still has to endure the “emotional trauma” while she’s pregnant.

Markle’s supporters were sad but relieved that finally her circle of friends reunited to defend her against her critics because they felt that the Kensington Palace was not doing enough for the pregnant royal. However, they felt that the palace reacts differently when the subject of attack is the Duchess of Cambridge.

“I feel like the palace has done a terrible job at handling all this and it makes me even more suspicious of where some of the lies are leaking from tbh,” Erika Council wrote.

“I agree, in this age of communication technology it’s disgraceful the way @KensingtonRoyal has handled this relentless attack on Meghan, they only speak to defend Kate which makes me think they’re the ones leading the campaign of racist hate!” another user commented. The same user added that he was disgusted by the palace’s reaction to the attacks aimed at Markle.

A different user named @Pearl19_0_8 agreed and added that she was suspicious of Kensington Palace since mid-late summer when racist comments were rampant and trolls started setting up accounts to bully and defame Markle. She believed that the palace could’ve easily shut down the bullies and trolls, but they ignored the complaints they received from Markle’s supporters.

Royal correspondent Camilla Tominey was also accused by one user of lying after reporting that Markle made Middleton cry. The journalist insisted that the palace did not refute her report and noted that KP delights in refuting false stories.

“They only refute stories if it put the Cambridges in a bad light,” one netizen commented on Tominey’s story. The same user added that Markle is being thrown under the bus and it’s just an extension on how bad they treated Prince Harry his whole life.
