Kenya Moore Ready To Date Again: 'I Just Want To Have A Good Time'
Actress Kenya Moore is ready to welcome a new man into her life following her split with husband Marc Daly, reported Page Six.
The 50-year-old actress opened up about the kind of man she is looking forward to dating, adding that she wants to have a good time.
"[I'm looking for] someone who's really kind and funny and makes me laugh," Moore told the outlet Tuesday. "I just want to have a good time right now."
Moore, who has been a regular on the reality show "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" since 2012, noted that she is absolutely fine with finding love and documenting the process for the upcoming season of the show.
The actress went on to explain that she is not in a rush to date. Instead, she would like to start a relationship carefully.
"If I meet a great guy, yeah, I want to date," she added. "I want to put my toe in the water and see what's out there, see who might like a little chocolate, you know?"
"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" viewers followed Moore's search for love. In 2017, the former Miss USA winner announced she got married to Daly, a businessman. The couple welcomed a baby girl, Brooklyn Doris, in 2018.
However, the couple announced their divorce in 2019.
"Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage," Moore said at that time, according to US Weekly.
The actress then emphasized her "sole concern and focus" would be her daughter, whom she described as her "miracle baby." She also appealed to fans to respect their privacy moving forward.
Though the couple tried to reconcile after the divorce announcement, they broke up again in January 2021.
On the work front, Moore is currently performing on "Dancing with the Stars" with her professional dancing partner Brandon Armstrong. The show airs on ABC every Monday at 8 p.m.
Earlier this year, she was featured in the sitcom "Family Reunion," which dropped on April 5. Moore has also worked in movies like "Sharknado 4: The Fourth Awakens," "The Confidant," "Trapped: Haitian Nights" and "I Know Who Killed Me."
