This will be Kesha’s first concert following her Warrior Tour that ran from 2013 to 2015. The singer already released her third single “Learn to Let Go” from her album, “Rainbow.” It will be dropped on Aug. 11. On Wednesday, Kesha’s is set to debut further tracks via YouTube. Kesha’s fans are happy that she continues with her music despite her legal dispute with producer, Dr. Luke.

Dr. Luke and Kesha’s court battle started in 2014 when she filed a lawsuit accusing the producer of raping her and another female recording artist. Dr. Luke filed a countersuit claiming Kesha was only damaging his reputation. Kesha dropped the sexual abuse case in 2016, but Dr. Luke pushed his defamation lawsuit against the singer.

On Saturday, Dr. Luke served a subpoena to Lady Gaga to testify in his ongoing defamation lawsuit against Kesha. The producer’s lawyer already served a subpoena to Gaga in March. They have been asking the “Million Reasons” singer for a deposition date, but she was not cooperative. The “Poker Face” singer reasoned out that she couldn’t make it due her demanding tour and filming schedules, that’s why they issued a subpoena again.

Luke believed that Kesha had told Gaga a lot of things against him that they could use. The “Bad Romance” gave them a copy of her text messages with the “Tik Tok” singer, but his attorneys believed that it was “heavily redacted,” E! News reported. On the other hand, Gaga’s legal team stressed that the singer already provided all the relevant information in her possession. “Dr. Luke’s team is attempting to manipulate the truth and draw press attention to their case by exaggerating Lady Gaga’s role and falsely accusing her of dodging reasonable requests.”

Gaga and Kesha are good friends. In fact, the “Paparazzi” singer showed her encouragement to the latter’s court battle in a tweet. “There are people all over the world who love you @KeshaRose. And I can say truly I am in awe of your bravery.” Aside from the “Born This Way” songstress, Ariana Grande, Iggy Azalea, Lorde and JoJo also expressed their support for Kesha, Us Weekly reported.
