Kim Kardashian just won another victory in her divorce war against estranged husband Kris Humphries.

Even though Kardashian has clearly moved on, and she’s several months pregnant with a child by her new lover Kanye West, she’s still legally married to the NBA Brooklyn Nets star.

The athlete failed to show up to his most recent mandatory court appearance in Los Angeles on Friday and apparently angered Judge Hank Goldberg. News reports began to swirl about Humphries' disregard for the legal system, with many saying Goldberg was “furious” he didn’t show up.

It didn’t come as much of a surprise Monday when the judge denied Humphries’ request for access to emails Kardashian sent from closed accounts, TMZ reported.

The 32-year-old reality-star wasn’t present at Monday’s hearing. Instead her lawyer, famed celeb attorney Laura Wasser, argued on her client’s behalf.

The next trial is expected to begin on May 6 unless there is a continuance, TMZ said. Monday’s hearing was actually supposed to happen on May 2, but was moved up because of the emails, at Humphries’ request.

An insider who claimed the 28-year-old athlete was “mocking” the entire legal system told Us Weekly:

"Kim showed up pregnant!" the source said. "He's just wasting everyone's time at this point. ... The judge is furious. So disrespectful."

The six-months pregnant star is supposedly checking out hospitals in Paris to have her baby in. The celebrity couple reportedly wants to have their child in France because of the strict anti-paparazzi laws there.

Another reason Kardashian could be drawn to Paris is the lush pad West has there, in addition to his clothing line. There a possibility of the couple moving to the European country in the future, the Examiner wrote.

The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star is trying to get her divorce from Humphries finalized before the baby is born this summer.
