Kim Kardashian Gets Slammed By 'Spider-Man' Fans For Sharing Spoilers
Kim Kardashian has come under criticism again after she shared a major spoiler of "Spider-Man: No Way Home" on her Instagram Story.
Several fans, who are trying to avoid spoilers on Twitter, had put the hashtag on mute or even left the social media platform for a while.
Spoilers for the movie ahead
However, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star shared the climax scene's photo on her Instagram Story on Tuesday, featuring all three Spider-Men together in a frame. She deleted the Instagram Story after it outraged the fans.
One of the Twitter users took a screenshot of the Instagram Story and shared it on the social media platform. "Imagine getting Spider-Man No Way Home spoiled for you by Kim Kardashian," the user captioned the photo.
Another fan questioned how the mother of four was watching the newly dropped movie in her living room, considering the fact the movie was exclusively dropped in theaters on Dec. 16.
The fan also questioned why she chose to share the "biggest spoiler moment" to share with her 273 million followers on Instagram.
"Do uk why Kim Kardashian is trending coz she again decided to mess up by posting spoilers of nwh like ma'am calm down why u gotta spoil literally everything," a user wrote.
Another fan shared a GIF of "Spider-Man: No Way Home" iconic villain Willem Dafoe that reads, "You Know How Much I Sacrificed?" and captioned it, "When you mute all the keywords and Kim Kardashian drops No Way Home spoilers on her Instagram story."
An angry user wrote, "Not a Kim Kardashian fan and her posting No Way Home spoilers only supports my opinion."
Many more "Spider-Man" fans slammed Kardashian for the same.
Fans have been very careful regarding the spoilers since the movie premiered. In fact, the hashtag "Deleting Twitter" trended before the movie's release as people decided to take a break from the social media platform to avoid seeing spoilers.
However, Kardashian was not the only one who shared the spoilers.
Even after Sony Pictures shared a video featuring Tom Holland, Zendaya and Jacob Batalon prior to the movie release and requested people to not spoil the movie for others, it seems Twitter already had enough spoilers for the fans under the hashtag "SpiderManNoWayHome."
"Spider-Man: No Way Home" is directed by Jon Watts, and it also stars Alfred Molina and Jamie Foxx.
