Kim Kardashian, Kanye West ‘Acting Like First-Time’ Parents While Expecting Third Child
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are excited for the arrival of their third child via surrogate.
A source told People that the couple is acting like first-time parents despite already having two kids because they are excited to be blessed with a third child. “They check in with the surrogate all the time, just to see how things are going,” the source said.
Kardashian and West have also been nesting while waiting for the arrival of their child in the coming months. Part of their preparation includes shopping for baby stuff. “Kanye is buying stuff for the baby: things for the nursery, toys, onesie. He’s probably nesting more than Kim is!” the source said.
In September, the same publication announced that Kardashian’s surrogate is already pregnant. The reality TV star reportedly opted for someone else to carry her child after she experienced multiple health scares in the past.
“The entire family is over the moon. Kim had been looking for a surrogate for months until recently when she found the perfect candidate. Given her health scares in the past, Kim felt the need to hire a surrogacy agency that helped serve as a liaison in finding a healthy woman who would be a great surrogate option for her and Kanye. Both of them have been super involved in the process,” the source revealed.
Kardashian has also been very particular about the surrogate’s diet and eating habits and has been recording it to know exactly what her baby has consumed while in the womb. “They want everything to be perfect and for the baby to be extremely healthy. They don’t want any complications,” the source added.
In an episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” last month, the reality TV star also shared that her surrogate is pregnant while talking to her sister, Khloe, on the phone. Just like her, Khloe is also expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson, and their half-sister, Kylie Jenner, is also pregnant with a baby girl with boyfriend Travis Scott.
