Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Kept 'Making Eyes At Each Other' During Her 'SNL' Monologue: Report

Kanye West was in the audience when Kim Kardashian made her hosting debut on "Saturday Night Live" this weekend, a report says.

While the 40-year-old reality star was delivering the opening monologue, she and West, 44, "kept waving and making eyes at each other," unnamed eyewitnesses told Page Six.

"SNL" sources told the outlet that the Yeezy designer left the audience shortly after the show opening, in which his estranged wife proudly introduced herself as "Kim Kardashian West."

Kardashian was also seen blowing a kiss to her friends in the audience, which included her best friend La La Anthony and her mom Kris Jenner's boyfriend Corey Gamble, the insiders said.

According to the outlet's sources, West got up and went backstage after the monologue, which he had previously seen during rehearsals.

Kardashian touched on her divorce from West during her "SNL" monologue. She described him as "the best rapper of all time," before noting that he's "the richest Black man in America" and "a talented, legit genius who gave me four incredible kids."

"So when I divorced him, you have to know it came down to one thing – his personality," Kardashian added. "I know it sounds mean, but people keep telling me that comedy comes from truth. And if there’s one thing that I always strive to be, it’s genuine."

In addition to West, Kardashian also poked fun at her sisters, her mother, Gamble and herself. She even touched on her late father's friendship with O.J. Simpson.

Sources previously told Page Six that West, who has never hosted "SNL" before but has performed on it seven times, has been helping his ex prepare for her gig.

"Kim is nervous about hosting 'SNL.' It's a big challenge, but she is determined to be a success," one insider said. "Kanye is quietly advising her on her performance, her opening monologue, even her costumes for the show."

Kardashian and West were photographed leaving a New York City hotel together Saturday morning, hours before she took the stage at "SNL," E! News reported.

An eyewitness told the outlet that the rapper arrived at the hotel earlier that morning and that he and Kardashian drove to NBC Studios together. He reportedly returned to the hotel without her.

Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February after six years of marriage, but the two have remained friendly and supportive of each other as they co-parent their four kids.
