Kim Kardashian Kanye West Wedding Could Be Held At The Chateau Louis XIV In France; Kardashian Plans To Take Personal Trainer Along On Honeymoon
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been scouting for a wedding location in Paris during the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star’s visit to the City of Lights over the weekend to meet her fiancé, E! News reported Monday.
According to reports, Kardashian was spotted visiting the Chateau Louis XIV, a reconstruction of a classic seventeenth century palace, over the weekend. The stunning castle is located in Louveciennes, in the Yvelines department about 32 miles west of the French capital. Kardashian reportedly took a tour around the castle and spoke to staff members.
"Kim was so happy and enjoyed looking at all the beautiful details. She asked a few questions and seemed excited to be there. She shook hands with everyone and then left with a chauffeur," an eyewitness reportedly said.
The 54,000 square-foot palace was developed by Emad Khashoggi, the nephew of Saudi Arabian businessman Adnan Khashoggi, for a reported $200 million dollars. Chateau Louis XIV was designed by French architect Pierre Bortolussi and is said to offer both state-of-the-art security and a medieval-style moat.
According to reports, Kardashian had recently told Ryan Seacrest that she and the rapper wanted a small wedding ceremony. "We're having a super, super small, intimate wedding," she reportedly said, at the time. "As we go along, we're realizing we want it to be smaller and more intimate than people are imagining and thinking."
Kardashian is also said to be planning to take her personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, along with her for the honeymoon in Hawaii.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Kim has paid for Gunnar to come along so she can work out while she's away on her honeymoon."
"Kim doesn't feel happy when Gunnar's not around as she loses her willpower so quickly," the source added. "She doesn't want to undo all her hard work and pile on the pounds on the honeymoon."
