Kim Kardashian Maintains Exercise Routine During Pregnancy, Spotted Leaving The Gym Just Days After Baby News [VIDEO]
Kim Kardashian is heading back to the gym just days after revealing that she is pregnant with boyfriend, Kanye West’s baby.
The reality star recently told Entertainment Tonight online that she plans to stay healthy during her pregnancy; she was spotted heading to, and later leaving the gym in an all-black outfit, and make-up free in black shades.
Kardashian, who is expected to be between 12- and 16-weeks along, does not seem to be sporting a baby bump as yet, as her skin tight outfit revealed, according to the Daily Mail.

She told ET at the New Year’s Eve party she hosted at 1OAK Nightclub in Las Vegas that pregnancy has not been very fun for her so far, and that she is still getting used to the changes.
“I wouldn’t say it’s been easy,” Kim Kardashian told ET online. “When people say that pregnancy is fun and they love it I would have to disagree. Even my sister [Kourtney Kardashian] has made it look easy, but it’s not as easy as people think.
"It’s a little painful, there’s a lot of growing pains. I heard it’s all worth it so I’m looking forward to that.”
Kardashian added that she has been taking a lot of naps in order to keep her energy up and has not experienced any morning sickness.
As for cravings, she admits that she has hand a hankering for sea food.
“I'm craving sushi, but I know I can't really have it, so I'm eating a lot of carrots and celery with lots of ranch,” she reportedly told ET online.
A source told TMZ that Kardashian and West do not know the sex of the baby, but noted that they intend on finding out as soon as possible.
